have you tried making the faux-cauliflower "mashed potatoes"? You can play around with it and make it to your liking. My sister has a husband similar to your boyfriend and she "hides veggies" in their meals. She will puree spinach with spaghetti sauce to hide veggies. I found this recipe online:…

NSV today is I pulled out the smallest pair of jeans in my closet I had boxed up...they slid right on no problem with a little extra room! I'll be having to buy new pants soon! :) I'm feeling pretty damn proud!

I LOVE cheddar cheese...I still eat it. I just watch how much I eat and make it fit into my daily calories. I've lost over 29 lbs all while eating cheese almost daily! :)

I started the shred at the end of May and made it to D3L3 and had a family crisis and totally got derailed. I plan to start this again tomorrow. Level 2 Day 8 OVER! Closer and closer to level 3! I'm ready for something new...I also tried to quit muting Jillian and I can't stand her about half way through...but she gets results.

Level 2 Day 8 tonight! Cannot wait to end this level...thinking about upping my weights to 5lbs (I know, I'm a wuss). The walking pushups are much easier now.

I completed Day 7 of Level 2 today and I will tell you it is great so far. It's a little annoying to watch the same thing over and over again, but it really did wonders for jump starting me back into a fitness routine. I actually enjoy level 2 more than level 1, but that's because my endurance built up from day 1 of level 1. Level 2 is definitely harder, but I feel like it goes by much quicker. Just stick with it!

I stopped feeling sick on day 4 and the soreness subsided after day 4 of level 1. I'm on day 5 of level 2 now...keep it up!!!
