30 Day Shred

Hi all,
I've decided to start the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred tomorrow and I was just curious as to how quickly I would begin to see results? Is it different for different people?
Is it best to do it all in one go or would I be able to have rest days in between?

    I can't speak for everyone, but it's worked for me. I've done it without any breaks for 10 days. I've lost 5 pounds, 4 inches off my waist and 1.5 inches of my hips. I even downloaded it on my iPad so I have no excuse not to do it. I'm loving it.

    I'm loving my results. I'm on level 2 day 2 and I've lost inches. I've also lost over 5lbs.

    I'm really encouraged to read about the results. I just started it yesterday, and she kicked my butt. I've always been a runner when I've been in shape and never did whole body workouts. I'm really feeling it! Doing it this afternoon, but I know I'm gonna hurt!
