I think you brought up a very valid point. You do need to take care of you first and make yourself a priority. I agree with another poster that you need to be honest with him about your journey. If he doesn't seem to care or doesn't want to support you well at least you can cut your losses without really losing deadweight.…

Maybe you are working too hard and not eating enough? Are you eating high protein foods? Are you doing anything other than cardio/running now? If you are able strength training will help. Sometimes we have to change things up in order to kick our bodies back into gear. Do you do interval runs or just straight runs? Can you…

Maybe for every drink you are having you have a glass of water in between. Eat a healthy balanced dinner before said alcohol binge. Then when you get home before going to bed take 2 ibeprofen and at least 16oz of water before sleep. When you wake up hung over load up on an omlette with tons of veggies. Just some thoughts.…

We have all been there (and I can relate to the booze  ) It's a journey with lots of bumps in the road. Cut out the booze for the next 3 weeks and work your butt off! If you don't want to do that maybe have 1 drink than a tall glass of ice water before your next drink. Good luck - you can do this!! :flowerforyou:

I find that I can never get enough food the week before my TOM. One thing that has helped is Flax Seed Meal I add it to my yogurt, oatmeal, shakes or whatever. The omega-3's have helped curb my appetite. I also try to eat more salmon and tuna. During my TOM I make sure to get in some lean beef and lots of spinach for iron.…
