You could make your own no bake protein bars with it. I just tried this recipe with vanilla powder. I bet they would be awesome with the sea salt caramel powder though! http://www.theleangreenbean.com/no-bake-protein-bars/

Awesome ideas! Going to try some myself. Thanks everyone! I (like another poster) use it in my scrambled eggs. I have also mixed it with plain greek yogurt, green onions and black pepper to put over noodles. Yum! Usually let the flavors blend in the fridge for at least a half hour first though...

Thanks for the recipe, it was really good! I used a walnuts instead of pecans (because I had them and it saved me a stop at the store). And dried cranberries instead of dates. It had great flavor and this will be a regular in my lunch routine... I will be trying it with the pecans for sure and probably change up the dried…

I have the same issue every month. One thing that actually helped my hunger was flax seed meal. I would sprinkle a Tbsp in my oatmeal or smoothie or in my yogurt. It truly helps me most of the time. Something about the fiber and good fats I think are what helps. My sister passed that nugget on to me. Hope it helps you too!…

Avocado makes a sandwich for me! I like tuna mixed with onions, celery and a little mayo sliced avocado on top and sprinkled with Cavenders seasoning.
