I actually started just reducing my sugar until I don't need it any longer. Like instead of a triple triple do double double then reduce again the next week. I still have to have my creamers but I no longer need the sugar. If you like iced coffee then the protein mix is a great idea.

I'm like many of the others... I strength train 3 days a week (or at least getting back to it) and run 4 days a week. My longer run is usually a Saturday with no strength training the day before. I do a shorter run on one of my lifting days... Sunday's are my rest days.

Putting this in my crockpot tomorrow morning. Thanks for posting! :flowerforyou:

I think most of us have struggled with this every now and then. This sounds corny but I made sticky notes with words/quotes that inspire me and posted them on my bedroom mirror, bathroom mirror and even the refrigerator. There was a post on facebook that I copied to keep me on track and training for a 5k it said: I will…

Definitely some awesome picks to choose from so far! :drinker: One of my favorites is the band Redlight King especially their CD "Something for the Pain". Love it - best songs on there are "Comeback" and "Built to Last". If I feel spent for whatever reason I can power through and go stronger when these are playing. Also…
