I will sometimes eat it with greek yogurt (one part to two parts cottage cheese), green onions, and a little salt and pepper. Let it sit for 20 mins in the fridge then put it over hot noodles or hot spaghetti squash. Doesn't sound good but it taste so good especially during my more hormonal times of the month.

I agree with others who have said increase your protein. I know you said you are vegetarian. Will you eat fish? That is a fantastic source or protein and relatively low in calories. Also, beans and nuts are a great source of protein, fiber, and good fats. Maybe introduce a whey protein shake into your diet, blended with…

I love tinned wild salmon on triscuits for a snack. Sometimes with a little greek seasoning sprinkled on top. Plain greek yogurt w/ frozen berries thawed and a tablespoon of flax meal peanut butter w/ a banana, celery or apple (depends on the mood or what I have lol) cottage cheese w/ bell peppers

I love a small bowl of cereal with milk as a snack about an hr to an hour and a half before a workout. Which doesn't happen often. Fajitias are quick and easy. I usually slice up flank steak and chicken and mix the 2 for mine, with loads of peppers (usually red and green) and a large onion, a little fajitia mix and they are good to go. Add an avocado, some tomato, and a sprinkle of cheese... And you have awesome

If you are eating fairly healthy meals that fall into your macros than do not sweat the increased calories. I am only 4'11" at 120lbs and I eat at least 1900 calories a day and still lose. Don't be afraid to fuel your body, especially with good proteins and whole fruits and veggies. Best of luck to you, I hope you break…

I sometimes take a gallon pitcher and slice up a large apple in the bottom, add a cinnamon stick, fill 1/2 way with ice, then finish up filling with water. Put it in the fridge overnight and you have a refreshing crisp drink for the day. I will do the same process with a lemon, a few sprigs of mint, and 1/2 a cucumber. I…

Love the greek yogurt idea! You could always use a marinade that will help with keeping your chicken juicy.
