  • Cheese, Nuts, Cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, protein powder in SF rice pudding, and in yogurt and oatmeal. Ham and turkey rolls ups
  • Fruit. Laughing cow wedges and a handful of nuts. Low fat cheese and if I'm truly vamished I will have a half a cup of cheerios with low fat milk and a half of banana. This happens a few times a month at night usually and doesn't impact my weight loss.
  • I agree with this completely and I'm in the same position. I figure at least I did it once and know how to lose it (and know I can do it!). Keep your chin up and don't be so hard on yourself.
