  • I agree with you...everyone is different. I need to start out at 800-900 calories for about 2 weeks to get my body into the mode of starting to lose weight. Then, I bump it up to 1000, then 1100 but can't go over 1200 or my weight loss will stall. Journaling and keeping track of what I eat works best for me...it's amazing…
