Used to be my top weight was 238 (9 months pregnant). In December 2014, I topped the scales at 255 (YIKES!) Been going since New Year's and my goal is 175.

If you're not ready to break up, why don't you just stop biking to his house. Tell him you're too lazy and find out how important he thinks you are. Don't waver. Just DON'T go there.

So, I used to feel this way before I went gluten free. Because my body wasn't processing the gluten correctly, I was actually malnourished even when I would overeat! Once I went gluten free, it's amazing how much less hungry I was. It doesn't hurt to try the diet (and the food is delicious and healthy) so why not try it…
