Mine is very easy too: Skinless chicken breast fillet, spread with one tablespoon of pesto and topped with one tablespoon of parmesan and baked in the oven for 30 mins. Makes a lovely parmesan crust and the pesto really flavours the chicken.

I'm really curious about this diet and my copy of Michael Mosley's book just arrived today. Fasting has actually been part of religious and cultural tradition for centuries, and when you factor in that we are all here on MFP because we regularly eat FAR TOO MANY calories, it makes sense to me that one or two separate days a week of eating less (it is important that the two days are not consecutive) won't kill us.…

Hi, I'm from Glasgow too. Signed up a while ago but haven't posted before. I was vegetarian for 21 years - gave it up a year ago, and I'm sorry to say that I'm quite enjoying being a carnivore again! So much more choice when you're trying to eat healthily. Good luck!
