Nope. Nope, nope, nope. You might get that in the very first week, but you won't get it after that. 7 pounds is completely unrealistic without removing body parts. Even if you manage to succeed the first week, I highly doubt that weight will stay off. Your best bet is to do this the right way and slowly.

I actually had some tacos with an asian flair and they were still REALLY tasty. Instead of lettuce, they used some cabbage and emphasized that flavor. However, a salad would also work.

Sexypants is particularly helpful. Like MKEgal said, depending on the time frame you are giving yourself, losing it all by 40 might not be possible, but don't let that discourage you. You don't want to lose too fast - in the long run, that's less sustainable. Slow and steady wins the race!

I agree with this^! I started New Rules in December and I love it! I do it MWF, but in between I'll do some kind of cardio on the "rest" days in between.

That would suck for me. The way my company runs, they'd probably bump all of my staff up to that minimum wage of $15, but I wouldn't get bumped up. I'd have to quit. It took me ten years to get where I'm at now (note, five promotions) and I'm barely making 30 cents more than that. Maybe I'll just ask for a demotion!
