The people who make it are a small family...they really didn't mean any harm. For a breakfast food, spread thin on some whole grain bread with an orange on the side, an ok deal.

I've been doing this in my house for a long time. Every time I put something in the microwave...I rev up and run in place, jumping jacks, etc. for the time I am reheating something. It doesn't sound like much, but you'd be surprised at how many times you use a microwave in the course of a day. Then I go about my regular…

Today I am not out of control...but if I spend too much time in the house: there is the fridge, staring me down. I like this site, though and seeing what I am eating and when really hits home. I am taking it one day at a time.
