I hate the "naturalness" of the pounding headeache I get from running or using the treadmill. But I love how the low impactedness of the elliptical enables me to exercise with no pain and for a significant amount of time.

I do something similiar. I buy sale items from my favorite store but only in smaller sizes. I dont' replace the whole wardrobe, but do insure that I have staples. I plan ahead. Other wise I eat poorly and feel hungry later on. With good planning, I can eat smaller amount of calories with high fiber, good protein and low fat and feel full for a long time.

Interesting. Whenever this happened in the past, I would gain, get discouraged and give up. I was at that point this week because it was happening again. Now, I know not to give up as this is normal after all. Thx!
