I measure wine by the bottle not the glass,lol. But i have cut down to just drinking at the weekends although somedays i could easily come home and pour myself a glass. Is so easy to drink it every day but does me no favours in my weight loss. I dont think we should cut it out as then you crave it more

Feel free to add me, I have just come back after along time away but was about 245 at my heaviest and still way over 200 so have a long way to go. Setting myself a 12 stone mark and then will go from there
