That is interesting that once you slowed down you got faster, I am starting to see that I need to increase my weekly mileage.

Thanks the pace for the 10k and Half Marathon are awesome. I am hoping to increase my miles a bit more after Half Marathon training. The weather is going to be really nice and getting lighter early in the AM so I can go out for runs early in the AM. It is just a matter of time, patience and dedication I will remember that

I added my miles for the rest of the month because needed to see where I was going to be right before Taper week. But it looks like with Taper week I will meet my goal this month YAY!!!

I am not the best one to advice about cadence, since I know mine is not were it should be. I do not use a Garmin as of now maybe later on I will invest in one. Great job to everyone that hit their goal this month, I had a lot of things going on this month specially my two kids being sick at the same time. This really held me back from running for about a week and a half. But will hit for the same goal next month and reach it
