My miles are starting to increase for Half Marathon training so I am going to shoot for 75 mile this month. This will be my highest month ever if I can accomplish the 75 miles

I am shooting for 88 this month.

My first pair of Brooks I put a little over 300 miles on them and than I started to have issues and got a new pair

I am going with 72 miles that is what my Half Marathon training plan has me doing for this month.

Doug I think my problem is the whole calorie deficit thing, I must admit that I still have a hard time understanding that. (I am horrible with numbers) I have a scale and weigh my food I use measuring cups as well. I know the MFP has the Goal calories what you ate in food what you burned and your net. I have always been…

20 - 25 mpw seems to be the magic number I thin I am below that right now and my weight seems to be staying the same and not going anywhere.
