I have to agree with you 180 is pretty fast, I have also been trying to work on my cadence just because I was having knee issues and a lot of people suggested that I work on my cadence. I also downloaded an app on my phone, the first time I used it I was around 160s. Last week I went out and really tried to hit the 180 my…

Are any of these Garmin watches good to use for other workouts that are not running? For example I currently have an HRM that I can use to track my calories burned during running and also when I do other workouts like HITT training or aerobic. I use my Nike App on my phone to track my miles. Thanks

I like a little bit of everything. Maybe not Hard Rock :)

I saw this message on my Facebook feed this morning. I will run in her honor on Saturday morning. I have 8 miles scheduled.

Thank you so much for the response. I already paid for the November race. So I will be doing that one.

I am in for 80 this month

I personally think this is calling for an injury to happen, if you have not paid for the race I would sign up for a 5k and d a 5k training. I am running a Half in March but all of last year I spent time training for the half by following a program by Hal Higdon. Also last year I ran a couple of races to help me increase my…

Great race recap good race to considered this year

Can I add my goal of miles for this year? or does it have to me for longer?

I will be honest if I eat bad before my long runs I can feel the difference in my running, I have a hard time finishing and have to push myself harder. If I eat good and eat for fuel than I feel lighter and can go without struggling. After a long run and after I have earned those calories I will indulge in some bad food.

running first half in March, wanted to run my second half in May but will not be able to make it out to Cali for that race. I have already signed up for another half in November. I have smaller races planned in between my two halfs.

Thank you so much for doing this, and taking the time to post. This has help me push harder and be determine to reach the goal that I set for myself. I will try for 80 in January, it was not easy reaching the 70 miles this month but I managed to push through it.

Might be 6 miles short of my goal if I cannot get out for a run tomorrow

1. Run my first Half Marathon in March and not walk at all 2. Work on my Cadence 3. Run 500 miles for the whole year. This year I am currently at 322.10 4. Build more endurance and work on form
