It's not as scary as you think. Slowly start removing your triggers week by week. If you have 4 pops a week, try 2. Same goes with food that may make you over eat. The key is to find balance within health and fitness. You can still enjoy the foods you love and have the physique you've always wanted. Also, start moving…

I am a big fan of Quest Bars myself. They have reformulated the recipe and they are better than the original. I am drawn to the macros and ratios. Low in sugar, too! A tad on the pricey end tho.

I enjoy these types of documentaries as I feel they shed some light as to what is going on in the food industry... BUT it is up to the individual to take control of their lives and make healthy and educated choices. a 10 day challenge will do nothing other than have you drop water weight. don't kill yourself over slip ups. Get motivation back and see it as an opportunity to use those extra calories and fuel to burn in the gym. Try training a big group today like legs or back mixed iwth some HIIT!

I have done the 6 meals a day and 2 meals a day while cutting / putting on weight and they work the same. There was no difference in either. I eat when I'm hungry and make sure I hit macros and not go over. Don't stress over eating times, it's really not that hard.

You can successfully lose weight and eat foods that you enjoy. Its becoming in tune with your body, knowing what works and what…

Drinking a protein powder will not have you lose weight, eating in a deficit will have you losing weight! Protein is simply powdered food. I stick with Optimum Nutrition, pretty solid brand. The coffee flavor is really tasty!!

I'm a fat kid at heart... honestly, if i feel like eating something that is considered "junk", I just make sure to leave enough room in my macros so I don't go over for the day. A healthy lifestyle is something we should all enjoy. Moderation is the key to success in any thing in life.
