  • SW: 232 CW:220 GW:160 Ive only lost 2.2 lbs. BUT Im still counting this as a win. I have upped my running to about 10 miles a week from next to nothing. In these last 2 weeks, my legs have lost 2 inches, each. Im chalking this up to a gain in muscle, which is more important to me than my number on the scale anyway. In more…
  • Did you take measurements before you started? Before I saw a real drop on the scale or in the mirror, I felt it. My clothes felt better and that was the motivation I used to keep going until the other signs followed. Just keep doing the right things and everything will happen.

  • Count me in! I love a good challenge and this fits in perfect with my goals! I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding May 8th, so this is great timing! Im 28, CW 222 GW 192. I will be working with a 1200-1500 calorie budget. Looking forward to seeing us all 30 lbs lighter in May!

One of my favorite parts is it has onscreen data tracking results for the past 10 days. I always use that to try…
  • If you drop below 1200 for women, your body starts to go into starvation mode and holds onto your fat. So although you may lose the pounds, you aren't losing the weight you want/need to. You may shoot for 1500 or so, but make sure you exercise to burn just a little bit more and keep that metabolism high! Good luck!
  • ^^^ This! You can eat anything you want as long as you dont have health restrictions against anything specifically. It's about fitting things into your daily allowance. If you eat a high calorie/fat lunch, just know you may need to account for this at dinner when you are closer to your calorie count. I eat sandwiches with…
  • You are so inspiring! I am also 27, 5'8", so I'm able to understand exactly what you are looking at doing! This is my first week working hard at weight loss and stories like yours make me realize its worth every second! You look great! Keep it up!
