I try and resist reality, and I was doing well the last 2 years... but "Love in the Wild" got me this year. OMG I thought it was hillarious with the dramatics and finger pointing of who has the most genuine relationsship, and the one girl crying "I just want someone to love me!" - then don't go on reality TV Genius!

Absolutely! according to pinterest (the fitness/health/strong/inspiration pages help me stay positive) 4 weeks for you to see a change 8 weeks for friends/family to see a change 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice I'm sure you've felt every minute- but the world has noticed ;-) Congrats!

I'm just coming back from there... June has been a social month and in my family that means food... 3 graduations, father sday and a birthday... it all adds up. Unfortunately I've just eaten back all my loss :( the hill looks steep, and I'm outta shape, but I'm sure we can both make it over this next hump ;)
