maybe for your height, yeah, maybe your calorie intake should be more.

zero calorie sodas should be limited. like it was said, it's what they put in it. I love drinking Coke Zero, but i try to drink them only on the weekends. Diet drink and zero calorie drink has Aspartame, which on some people triggers migraines. Best bet, have a Xenergy drink. The best there is out there.

one thing i do now when hitting the weights, i contract the stomach area. when i'm bench pressing or doing curls i stomach vaccuum, you'll feel the difference.

Actually my brother swears by it and the guy is ripped, just be careful what you're adding to it. With me, since I hit the weights alot, I add peanut butter and raisins or trail mix to it.

all depends how much and what type of protein your taking. remember, your body produces protein already. it's like overdosing sort to say.
