Well said. I love my morning workouts, have the rest of the day to do whatever. Just consider that if you do workout in the evening, you'll still need something to replish yourself. You can go and have a lite meal, but you'll need to eat something. Your body is going to need the fuel. But what was said below, NAILED IT

Me personally, I have my protein with carb combo before my workout and then more protein with carb after my workout. Protein drinks will be good before and after, though after is when you're muscle will need it the most. Chocolate milk will do the work. There's a brand called Darigold, their Chocolate Refuel 2:1…

Depends on how heavy you are, the 800 calorie a day sounds reasonable, not recommended, but reasonable. Again all depends on how heavy you are. Go with egg whites as it's 15-17 calories per egg white. There's frozen Steel Cut Oatmeal that's only 120 calories. Switch it up a bit. Just avoid the carbs later in the evening…

Just don't over do it and keep it at portion size. Flex Magazines recommended it on their magazine a while back. Things you can eat at McDonalds if you're hitting the…

Entiende esto, those are what you call HATERS!!!!!!!!! I get that a lot from my sister in-law and a friend of mine. They always have a comment to say about what I do and what I eat. Don't listen to them. Do your thing, it's about YOU. This is a lifestyle now. Just let them know if they got nothing nice to say, don't say…

some go with a protein drink before working out. It's up to you and what's going to work for you. Try it for a few days and see how it goes.

Never be afraid to eat more, especially if you're working out. Up your calories. 1200 isn't really much. If you want to meet goals, tweak your diet, up your workout routines and you'll see a difference. On days that you lift, you may want to eat more calories.

Per Muscle and Fitness magazine, diet soda may be good post workout, but it's too drink once in a great while, not all the time. Plus looking at the ingredients, Caramel Color, Aspertame, none of it is good. Drink in moderation as a treat.

A good week off is always good, especially if youre following a program.
