  • I have both an Air Fryer and an Instapot. I love them both. I make bacon in the AirFryer (neat and clean...no grease splatter), and I use my instapot for pressure cooking my chicken breasts (6 minutes) and then making soup in the pot. I love the one pot to do it all. I also brown my ground beef on sauté and then add the…
  • I'm doing keto and using the free version of MFP. I think it works great. Good luck!
  • Keep up the good work. I'm new to keto also still struggling with the high fat aspect of this plan. Makes sense....need carbs or fat for energy. If I cut the carbs I need the fats. My macros are same as yours. Biggest fear....blood work! I know my blood sugars have come down, but won't know cholesterol, etc levels for a…

  • January 10th I have to bow out of the challenge. After I finished my log and signed in here last night I went on a chip raid and consumed more Pringles than were acceptable. It was the result of a frustrating day, but an overdose of calories just the same. Good luck to all! Keep up the good work!

  • Absolutely A-W-E-S-O-M-E! The one statement that sticks in my mind is that you did, and will continue, to LOG AND WEIGH EVERYDAY. That, in my opinion, is the biggest part of controlling our weight. We must ALWAYS be aware of ourselves and what we are doing. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your story.

I thought maybe we could edit each day, thus adding in each days mileage......but I don't see that option! We'll figure it out....or someone will feel sorry for us and come save us! :-).

  • My husband and I decided we wanted to ride our bicycles 2014 miles in 2014. That means a committed everyday ride of 5.5 miles per day. Not a big deal until you throw in some rainy days, some "I don't wanna ride" whiny days, some gone on vacation days! My goal is to break it down into weekly goals instead of a whole year.…
