I also love them. I'm new to MFP and just searched P57 on here to see if anyone else does these workouts. I agree with everything julietagreen said. If you are on Facebook and search Physique 57, they have a very informative page with lots of info. I highly recommend them.

Hi, I'm a teacher also. I teach 5th grade. I also stress eat during the school year. I've been doing well this summer using MFP, but I worry about August when the junk starts showing up at school and I can't resist it. I'd love to have more friends.

These are challenging for me too. The ideas given here are great. I think now that I'm logging my food, it will help me. Also, I try to make sure I bring something I enjoy that won't be super bad for my daily log.

Hi, I'm new here too and using the summer to be more accountable for my eating. I too am worried about August when the lounge is full of junk and I have more stress and less will power. I'm hoping forming the habit of logging my food in the diary will help me then too! I don't have any friends on here yet. I'd love to.…
