I have lost 122 pounds so far. 34% of my body weight. By the time I'm done, I will truly be half the man I used to be. I have stretch marks galore, on my arms and stomach, but whateves. Skin seems to be laying on my body fairly normal. Won't know if I'll need surgury for that. Congrats on losing so much.

Who gives a F what others think at the gym? You are there for you, not these other dudes. This is something you are going to have to overcome. I went through it, and got over it. You can too.

This is a lifelong change, to look at how you treat your body, and what you decide to give it. If you lost it once, you can do it again, but you can't just stop what you did to lose the weight. Maintaining a healthy weight is also something that requires daily monitoring of what you eat. I say, just get motivated to change…

I have worked my assets off lifting in the gym over the past year and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. #gymrat. Yes, I want to look sehxy when I'm done. I'll trade in gluttony for vanity any day.

When I first started running, I could barely run at 4.0MPH for 2 minutes before getting winded. My legs were sore as heck in the beginning, but the more you do it, the easier it gets.

I ate junk food, and lost weight, as long as my junk food was eaten in moderation.

I hear you. I live in Brandon, FL, and recently, I noticed my bar activity was getting too frequent, and my weight loss was not so frequent as a result. It's tough to find a balance between the party lifestyle, and the healthy lifestyle. Had to take a break from the bar scene.

I weigh in the buff at home. Doesn't get more accurate than that. If you're going to weight in clothes, try to make it the same outfit if you can.

Some days I choose to eat more. It doesn't happen very often. May be once a month. I don't consider it cheating though. I eat what I want.

I found a gym membership for 10 bucks a month. You either want to do it or not. You may not see muscle definition because of your body fat level, but you will get stronger. Eventually, as you cut the fat, you will see definition. You're going to need some weights to strength train. If you can't afford the weights (like…

It's tough to beat my 20 and 24th year. They were both off the charts. Those years were also the years I decided to work on myself. Looking forward to 34 moving forward to top them.

I just ran a mile in 9:51. Been running, cycling, and strength training for the past 14 months though. Only thing holding me back from faster times is my current weight.

33 years old. 120 down, 357 to 235. I'm deathly afraid of loose skin. I can see it happening. Don't know how bad the damage will be till I get around 180-185.
