Hi everybody, I'm like 5'9'' /5'10'' and I'm 131 right now. I want to get to 123-125. I only lost a pound since I started lol its hard. Ive been trying to walk like 2miles at least 3 days a week but I think I need more toning than anything. Any good tips out there?
