I've been peeing a load since drinking the water so I guess I'm not holding onto it. I'm not tracking due to not wanting to get obsessed with calories and numbers again but I'll try and be more mindful and cut back on some carby foods and salts this week and see if that makes a difference. I also had a high calorie (based…

I think I may do that test once I receive mine too.

I've been told I need to start doing at least 10,000 steps a day and the Fitbit will keep me accountable for that. Plus I just found it has badges to achieve. Challenge accepted! Thanks for the information!

No one? Bump.

1) How long have you been running for? Maybe you just need more time. 2) Once you start to achieve a faster time maybe that will motivate you to continue. 3) If not, then it probably isn't your thing and you should try something else. At the end of the day, if you don't get out there and train you won't accomplish your…

This. Woman should know whether they have the body for a bikini or not. I mean - can fat woman not wear a bikini? Of course not, they are entitled to wear whatever they want but I'd think people would rather wear a swimsuit that flattered them rather than expose them in places they don't want to be.

Never wear speedos, please. No one wants to see your junk in a tight piece of fabric.

Because the question wasn't purely focused on food. If you read the other comments I said that I originally was going to ask purely about walking but food is also apart of the equation so I added it in. I was curious to see how much people have lost from walking.

It's not recommended that you do 30 minutes a day for nothing. It's good for your overall health, can help relieve your stress and you can feel a sense of accomplishment while/after completing it. It can also give you something else to focus on. Instead of thinking of it as another stress, find something you will love to…

I agree too. OP does running on her days off which is still pretty high intensity. Walking or yoga would be fine though.

This. Everyone should know this.

I know you said you got 100% clearance by the doctor to run again but how long ago was that? Maybe something has changed since then? I would get it checked by a doctor and maybe even get a second opinion. It wouldn't be hurting for nothing. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Good luck! :)
-
I don't really need a plan, as I'm going to be starting to drink 2.5L at least a day starting today but good luck to everyone else. Water is good for you and you should drink at least 2L! :)
-
Awesome! Thanks for your input. :)
-
I do usually but I make mistakes and I also don't know everything there is about grammar nor spelling. :)
-
Thanks. I can only do light exercise right now. I've done something to my ankles. I want to do running later on to do a Colour Run and eventually get back into T25 but I know to ease myself back into exercise and not just go full ball like last time. :)

We have already covered this.

My question is, why would you be texting/talking on social media to your grandfather? I don't think I ever would with mine. I don't even think he knows how to. :L

Awesome! Well done! :)
