Thanks. I'm in the process of beginning and it may take me a while to master but I'm not starting this just thinking about weight loss only. This question wasn't based on food... originally I was going to post purely about walking but food comes into account at the end of the day. :)

I'm not stupid. Of course I'm going to cook my meat. You just read raw foods and meat as a whole rather than two separate things and yes, I do see eating raw food and meat as a long term thing. It will be hard to transfer into that state of mind and lifestyle but I'm giving it a shot. I know some people may not agree to it…

That seems like a one fits all judgement and considering you can get some (if not all that) from food I don't see the need to buy the pill versions.

I understand all that but I'm not looking at calorie counting or deficits anymore. I'm looking towards eating raw foods and meat and doing walking and seeing how I go with that.

If you can't make yourself go then don't. You have to want to do something in order to do it. Find something that could do that is closer to home. As someone else said get some exercise DVDs, run, swim, etc. You don't have to go to the gym to get fit. :)

I'm 5"5.5 at 163.8 lb but I think I was actually lighter when I got my newest pants. For those of you claiming to have it/having it but not being officially diagnosed - why didn't you? Especially if you have children with it? You may have some of the traits but that doesn't mean you have it.

Well all I can say is, I got diagnosed by a professional when I was around 5 years old. When I was about 18 or 19 I went to see other specialist/doctors (since I was having lots of issues) and they said I also suffer from OCD, paranoia, social anxiety, normal anxiety and ADHD and god knows what else so I can totally relate…

I'm only doing around 1.85 miles 3 times a week right now and I'm looking at going to 3 miles. I have running shoes already (not properly fitted but not cheap ones either) but I guess I can't kill 2 birds with 1 stone on this one. Thanks for the info!
