This. I just started today and I have only recently got into exercise at the beginning of the month and I found it okay. The time flies by I believe. It's a manageable program and you have a modifier if needed. :)

I ate maybe 9000+ calories in the last 3 days. Even if you do gain weight, accept it and continue like normal. I posted a similar thread and people said that I'd most like 'binge' if I lowered my calories so maybe just continue on your regular eating and see how you go. :)

I'll aim for 30 once I get to 40 in my training. I still have 6 weeks to my program and at least 3 and half-4 months to train. :)

I'm doing C25K right now. I'm making about 2.98KM (1.85 miles) in 32 minutes roughly at jogging pace (I believe) at an average pace of around 9:51 per KM (not sure what that would for miles).

Number 1) Don't call it a diet. It's a lifestyle changed. Number 2) Don't be super restrictive. Number 3) Research, research, research! Number 4) Ask questions but take it with a grain of salt while comparing it to your own since others will always have their own opinions and they aren't always right.

You eat breakfast, lunch and dinner but it's light stuff like salads and meat and stuff. I don't have the money to pay for all the ingredients they want me to get.

Thanks love - that is exactly what I needed to see! I know right and the 5 day fast is 1100 calories or something like that. Crazy!

I was planning on doing my own thing - I don't have money to do their 5 day fast for starters. I was just wondering if I should go to 1600 calories or not like they recommended but eating how I want to. :)

Heart rate for exercise, always. Fitbit is more for people who want to track their steps/walking I believe. :)

C25K + 2 months + breathing in and out of your mouth + water + motivation is all you need. Oh and eat something light 1/2 before you leave. :)
