I'm doing week 7 day 1 tomorrow! I've been using C25K since May and I love it! I've never been a runner in my life and now I am looking forward to my first 5K on July 29th!

I am doing the very same thing! It is so frustrating! I started off losing 10 lbs. and so far I've gained 1 lb back. I only drink water and I've been doing C25K for my exercise every other day. I just don't understand why the scale isn't showing all of my hard work!
