Same here, I was NEVER regular until I started "shooting" 2 TBSP of Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's brand) every morning before I eat. It might take a day or two, but it will move...uh...smoothly afterwards - especially if you're consistent. Because it's a morning routine my movements are at the same time…

P90X is AWESOME! But you do need some weights at home to do some of the things. The cardio and the plyometrics dvd's are GREAT for cardio.
