The slimfast snack bars are 100cals... they are great! I think of them as my candy bar:) Also sugar free pudding snack cups are just 60 cals. Drink your water it will help keep you full. Can you chew gum at work?

The salad container is fantastic! The dressing compartment holds 4 TBSP! Not sure if you saw my post the other day, but I also discovered that mixing 2 TBSP of Salsa to 2 TBSP of Ranch only adds 10cals and gives you plenty of dressing! Yum!

I work in a supermarket... trust me when I say I see this on a daily basis. What gets me really mad is when they are paying for that junk with food stamps... the government needs to regulate what can be purchased with our tax dollars... no candy, soda, chips, etc... just the basics. Great Job! I think our best tool for losing weight is acknowledging what and how much we are eating. Coffee cake is good, but definitely not good enough to spend half a days calories on! Cheers to you and I hope I can have the same will power today:)
