  • I am starting again too... I gained 50lbs this last year... that means I have 50lbs plus my other pounds to loose:( I weigh today what I weighed the day I walked in 8 yrs ago to have my daughter. I need support, I need motivation. Adding you as a friend, let's do this!
  • Got up at 4:30 with the intention of going on a short brisk walk (less than a mile) just to start out my day and get the blood pumping. When I reached my turn around spot there was a dog....I am not a dog fan:(.... so I decided to continue on a different street.... 2+ miles later I was home and feeling great!
  • Count me in! My goal was to get started again March 1st... but I am starting TODAY!!! We can get a lot accomplished in the next 3 months. Let's rock!

  • Poor Seahawks:( While they didn't deserve the second chances they got, I was really hoping they could pull off a win today. Hasslebeck made some great throws, no one wanted to catch them today.

  • #57 down 1.6 lbs this week, I am at 255 Drank plenty of water this week until yesterday:( Did not do any sit ups Was 100+ calories under only on the days I worked out, so 5/7 Have a great weekend everyone!
  • I prefer to workout at night as well. I get home from work at about 7pm, usually hit the gym at 10pm, nice and quiet!
  • GO HAWKS!!!! Ok I am so not a football fan, but I did watch yesterday's game... I was screaming and yelling... what a game! Now if they could just play like that the rest of the season... I might actually watch or take a trip to Quest Field!

  • I would suggest that you find a good running store and get fitted for the proper shoe. Even if you are not a runner, they are usually very knowledgeable and can make sure you are exercising in the right shoe for your body type. Last I heard you are suppose to replace your shoes every 600 miles.... how you figure that when…

  • Back to work today, which is usually better to keep me on schedule food wise. When I have days off I tend to graze:frown: Happy Tuesday everyone!
  • Sarah- I usually do oatmeal, I take it in a coffee cup and eat it on the way to work! It just takes two minutes to prepare and your out the door. I love the Quaker Raisin, Date and Walnut... filling and only 140 cals!
