OHhh, salmon Lori.. another red/pink food - not to be confused with beets.. I went to a food lecture at work yesterday about "SuperFoods" - not sure I really go for the whole "Super" aspect, but there are definitely some foods with more nutritional bang for the buck.. Salmon is one of the best.. and very tasty too.. enjoy…

My weight tends to fluctuate (pretty wildly some weeks of the month - LOL). As others have mentioned, it really is a long term process. If you are sticking to the calories allotted and getting at least some exercise in, you will see the results - but not always every week. Best to concentrate on changing the bad habits and…

It's tempting... the prices I am seeing in CT make me think it would be cheaper to pay the shipping.. There are a lot of stories out there of people having to give up horses because of the economy.. It is just heartbreaking.. At least maybe I can help one.. wish I could help them all... I'd have a yard full of mustangs..…
