I feel where you are coming from. I did weeks 9 and 10 and now am nursing knees and shoulders. I stopped for this week. thinking about starting again after Christmas.

I have not lost any weight. But can tell I'm re shaping. Chest and arms are getting bigger.And clothes are not as tight.

agreed it is much harder. yesterday at work was not fun.

I started phase 2 a day early. So today was cardio 2. Not much fun. Liked it better than cardio 1

I haven't lost any weight. I agree 1.1 lost is good. You shouldn't lose more than a pound a week.

Saturday I did cardio 1 with workout 3 just to see how bad I'd feel Sunday. Little sore still today. Biggest problem I've had is knees..

I don't like the cardio much. I 'm running instead. Day 5 was easier than I thought it would be. Do you follow the diet plan?
