Good idea! I'm with you and am setting a goal to drop 5 in July. I've got a ton of social activities this month, so it might a challenge, but with MFP I think we can all do what we set our minds to.

I did Insanity last year and it wore me out! It was a good calorie burner, but the set up wasn't for me. I'm 215 and wear a size 14 misses jean and XL top in most sizes. If I wanted to wear a button down shirt, I would have to bump up to 1X.

255 in May 2007. Dropped to 195 by Nov 2008. Right now at 215. A realistic goal for me would be to get to 185.

I *love* my DC, but I have cut back in the past few years. I try and have only 1 can per day. Otherwise, I drink water with Mio or Crystal Light. Scrambled egg whites with some reduced fat cheese. I also like Better Oats raw/natural oatmeal with some fruit thrown in. The envelope is also the measuring cup so it can even be eaten at my desk.
