This sounds great! I'd like in too.

I think it sounds reasonable. I did the same workout class on Saturday and Monday. I burned 461 and 480 according to my Polar HRM. I like to think it's pretty accurate.

This is a good thread. I'm over 200 and work out 4 times/week - TurboKick, Jazzercise, running. I bought the 30 day shred recently and have yet to start it. Thanks for all the good insight!

I was on a date and he said, "I like that top. It's flowy and hides your stomach and all your flaws. Your boots however are ugly." I took my ugly boot and kicked his *kitten* to the curb.

Have you ever heard of Hungry Girl? She has some great tips and really good recipes. Here is a link to her Official 2012 Supermarket Guide - http://www.hungry-girl.com/biteout/show/2232

HW = 250 (May 2007) LW = 195 (Oct 2008) CW = 214 GW = 185 5'8 My lowest weigh was back in high school when I thought I was super overweight = 140-145. I would love to see that now, but I'm working on small goals.

I've also been drinking it for years and I'm still alive. I love it. Seriously, it is and always has been my favorite drink in the whole world. I look at this way - water is better for me, but it's something I really like, so I have one a day. That's my limit. The only time I make an exception is if I'm out partying and I…

I just moved to my new neighborhood and a new session starts tonight. I'm pumped! I haven't been a regular at Jazzercise in about a year and I'm excited!

Same one. I love it.

I've been changing my ingredients and think I came up with something - I used 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk, 1/4 cup water, 1 scant teaspoon almond extract and 3/4 tablespoon natural peanut butter. It came out pretty good. I typically buy Trader Joe's almond milk but this time I used Almond Breeze. This was…

Good info. My 30 Day Shred is scheduled to arrive this week. I'm pumped!

I can't stand it either and I'm looking for suggestions. I've tried adding vanilla extract, but it doesn't help. The only thing that makes it a bit more tolerable to me is adding extra natural peanut butter. I don't need the extra calories, so I'm not doing that. I've been drinking it for about 4 months now and I canceled…

We do these quite often at my gym and I love it too! I wish they had a HIIT/Tabata class only, but I think it's a great workout. Thanks for sharing. I can do this easily at home.

Besides the normal one - clowns. I am also freaked out by dogs. I have never pet a dog and cannot make myself do it. Most people don't understand just how serious I am about this. A friend brought his dog into work and I started hyperventilating and sweating and freaked out. Then, I think it clicked with people.

I hear you! I once went out with a guy who first insulted my boots and then made a note of how my shirt, "covered my problem areas." I gave him the boot after that. I found someone who loves me despite my flaws and "problem areas." They are hard to find, but it's worth the wait.

Ditto.

Whew! I thought I was the only one who has been experiencing the weird smell and after taste with the new Super Food formula. I loved the old formula and understand why they made the change. I'm going to finish my bag, but have canceled my auto-ship.

I'm in: SW:220 CW:214 GW:209 UGW:185 I've got a lot of changes happening this month - moving, wedding tastings, joining a new gym. This is a *perfect* motivator!

Chips. Pizza. Frozen Yogurt. I can't keep chips in the house and cannot even think about ordering a pizza, going out for pizza or buying a frozen one.

I like kettlebell a lot! It's a great core work out. Now, if I can ever get the hang of the Turkish Getup, I'd be happy. When next day soreness settles in we call it "Toilet Sore." Disgusting I know, but it describes it perfectly since it hurts to get up and down. I guess we could call it "Office Chair Sore" too, but it…

*Greek Yogurt *Almond Milk - great prices *Turkey soy meatballs *Dark chocolate bars *Dark chocolate covered edamame *Frozen veggies *Thick cut ridge chips - perfect to take to a party for dipping, but so not good for you. *Olive Oil *Pasta sauces *Black Beans *Chicken broth *Brown Rice noodles I hate the Brown Rice. I…

May 2003. He came to a party at a friend's house and we flirted, but we didn't start dating until Dec 2008. Getting married in Nov 2013.

Do you like beans? You could cook dried beans and then put those on top. I love garbanzo and black beans on a salad. Or, like someone else mentioned - grill a family pack of chicken breasts on the weekend for use all week. Not sure what quick rice is, but if it's flavored Uncle Bens in a bag, I would check the sodiumn…

I think it all depends upon what you like. I'm getting married next year and we are both just looking to have a big blow out of a party. We are paying for it ourselves and are a little bit older, so we have total control over things. We are starting the ceremony at 6 and then right into to cocktail hour, interactive food…

I write in my calendar when I'm scheduled to work out and what classes I'm taking. I also write the classes I like to attend in my calendar. I always checked it off when I'm done. It's just like my daily to do lists.. If something comes up, I go afterwards. It takes something pretty drastic for me to miss a workout that…

I hit stop after my cool down, before I put my exercise equipment away while at a cardio class or after HIIT. If I'm running, I hit stop when I finish the run while catching my breath. This weekend I walked/jogged to the courts to play tennis, played tennis and then walked up the hill home. I pressed start when I started…
