I have been doing HIIT and Tabata routines for the last month and i must say, I have fell in love with this type of training. I feel so much better after a circuit of these. My breathing is now under control and my stamina is over the roof, not to mention the calories being burned. I have some routines that I've been using but i wanted to see what the community thinks of this type of training and if you all could share some other routines.

Here is one that i started out with that got me so into it.

My Routine:

1 round of:
Cat Cow (40s)
Elbow Plank with Leg Lifts (40s)
Rest (15s)
Jumping Jacks (1m)
Squats with Raised Arms (40s)
Seal Jacks (40s)
Jog on Spot (1m)
Rest (20s)

5 Rounds of:
Push Ups (20s)
Rest (10s)
Jumping Lunges (20s)
Rest (10s)
Mountain Climbers (20s)
Rest (10s)
Burpees (20s)
Rest (30s)

1 round of:
Lying Hamstring Stretches (1m)
Side Bends (1m)
Child's Pose (35s)

We do these quite often at my gym and I love it too! I wish they had a HIIT/Tabata class only, but I think it's a great workout. Thanks for sharing. I can do this easily at home.
