  • A smoothie with almond milk with greek yogurt and some natural nut butter and ice. Or what about low sodium and natural sliced deli meat with some cheese?
  • People can sometimes be hurtful. I lost 55 pounds a few years ago (sadly, I've gained about 20 of them back - boo!) and not one of my friends made one comment to me. I had kind of been in hiding while I was going through the weigh loss and some other stuff. I walked into a party and casual acquaintances made nice comments…
  • 1. My calculator 2. An empty can of DC 3. A bottle of water 4. An eyelash curler 5. My office keys
  • The cake mix has calories http://www.generalmills.com/home/brands/baking_products/betty_crocker/brand%20product%20list%20page.aspx#{28D3E942-EB49-421C-886C-84AA7E9D48F8} I've used a spice cake mix and Diet Coke and it turned out great. You can also add canned pumpkin or applesauce. Check out www.hungry-girl.com for…
  • Whoa! You look like a completely different person. Great dress!
  • Not sure if someone mentioned this yet or not, but check out http://www.hungry-girl.com/ She has a ton of great ideas for low cal treats.
  • 100 calories of Dove Dark Chocolate. I have it at night so I look forward do it during the day.
  • Wear nail polish? Maybe try sitting on your hands. Or this might sound far fetched, but I went to hyponsis for weight loss - she taught us to make a fist and say "Cancel" when I craving came up. If it's the need to chew on something, what about chewing sugar free gum or small/crushed ice cubes?
  • I have the Polar FT4. Love it! Got it last year as gift, so I'm not sure of the cost. It's a cardio class favorite.
  • I think 5 is a little young to be caring about brands. I started in probably 3rd or 4th grade. I didn't get what I wanted, but I cared. I wanted a Hard Rock Cafe tshirt more than you can imagine, but I didn't even know what it really was.... I like quality with most things, regardless of the brand. I prefer Adidas sneakers…
  • I like Flat Outs and Fold Its. I just got my order of PB2 from Amazon over the weekend. I love that stuff. Great alternative to regular peanut butter since it is a food I am unable to control myself around.
  • What makes people think they can even ask that? Why is this okay? People have zero social graces and are way too nosey. I was once asked by a 2 yr old why I had such a big belly, but never (to my face) have people thought I might be pregnant.
  • I'm a Registered Sales Assistant for Financial Planners. I sit most of the day, but try to get up at least once per hour to walk around and stretch my legs. I sometimes try and take calls while standing up. I do not count any exercise during the day towards my calorie burn each week.
  • I wear dark purple all the time as well. A good friend of mine loves to wear wacky colors. She has been interviewing for jobs for the last 6+ months. She would paint them clear/nude/neutral. I would change them for the interview, but once you start I think it's fine to be yourself and wear what works for you.
  • I guess the definition I am most familiar with is from Tosca Reno and her clean eating books. http://www.eatcleandiet.com/ http://eatingcleanworks.com/what-is-eating-clean.html This is how it has been explained to me by nutritionists and others.
  • Trader Joe's 0% Vanilla Bean used to be my favorite, but I just discovered Oikos. The 0% vanilla reminds me of cream cheese. I love it. I've tried other kinds and it must take some getting used to - I didn't like the Fage texture and the Chobani taste.
  • Salad with romaine, tomato, cucumbers, Light 3 cheese ranch, 1/4 cup 2% cheese and a Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean Patty. It tastes fine and I will be full when I'm done, but it's not what I really wanted.
  • I've been to them - I think they are stupid, boring and I've been hungover while attending. My sister got married last year and was moping and pouting that my parents weren't going to have one for her. I would also explain it and skip to be with your family. I'm getting married next year and under no circumstances will…
  • I also exercise in the evenings - 5:30 so I'm home by 7. I am not a morning person, so Saturday is my rest day and Sunday I do a 4 or 5pm class. It's a good way for me to break up the day.
  • diving board
  • Leftover turkey, sun dried tomato and gorgonzola burger with 1/4 cup brown rice.
  • November 2, 2013. Looking to drop 30 or so before the big day. I've been sidetracked for the last 8 days with some back pain. Today is day 3 without any pain, so I'm back on my game. 25 to go!
  • Looks great! I'm getting married in Nov 2013, so I have some time. I'm already panicking about losing the weight....Congrats!
  • I agree, I think it looks good. Toned is good, bulked up is too much. I will see women at the gym and see some pipes on them and say, "Wow, those arms are nice." I think Pink has some nice muscles, but I'm a little freaked out by Madonna's arms.
  • St Paulite! I'm hot and sweaty.
  • I would also choose C at the BBQ. In fact, who knows what is going to happen tomorrow..... Normally, I choose to have a couple light beers or a drink mixed with soda water and something relatively healthy. Either way, if it's pulled pork or a sandwich at a party, I do not eat the bun or the bread. I also rotate in a water…
  • I have a HRM and I love it! Seriously - the instructors and other people in my workout class ask me after class how many calories I've burned. It really is worth the money spent. I have the Polar FT4. It's user friendly and really fun.
  • Ditto on the breakfast sandwich with egg whites. Or sometimes I eat just eat whites and then have a packet of Malt O Meal Raw Oatmeal and a small piece of fruit.
