  • I'm like you, if my protein is low... I'm starving! If this happens, I drink a high protein shake (I prefer EAS chocolate...has 30 grams of protein, 6 carbs and 2.5 grams of fat and 170 calories). Calorie wise it's not a huge investment and it definitely takes the edge off my hunger and cravings.

  • I'm 42 as well and a mother of 2! I've also been "lurking ", starting over a year ago. Started at 224 and made it down to 179. Then came summer and my Mom got sick and I jumped up to 206 in a matter of months. In two weeks back in and feel similar to you... We can do this!!!!
