I've been meaning to post for a week or so but kept getting sidetracked. Even though I don't have anything much to say I want to keep the connection open for when I do! LOL! I love the little owls! Thank you all for the welcome and yes I was/am a hooker! Got rid of a lot of my stash when we downsized a few months ago but held on to enough to work with in the future when we get more organized. Not doing great this week, but at least I am paying attention to my eating and weaning away from the refined carbs andβ¦

Hi, I have been a member of MFP for several years and have lost about 50 pounds since joining. I have been at a standstill and yo-yoing for several months now and can't seem to get out of the rut I'm in. I need to lose another 30-40 lbs.
