Seeing everyone's posts make me feel less alone in this journey. I've been feeling defeated the last few months and have become my own worst enemy. I woke through the night knowing that I have to decide if I want to continue to give in to the cravings etc. or put some effort into this. I have bad knees, blood pressureβ¦

I enjoy reading all the posts and am learning that I'm not in this alone. It has been a bit of a struggle the last couple of months, I can't seem to stop eating ( all the wrong things of course!) Today a teeny, tiny light came on in my old brain, when I realized that tracking really does help,even if I'm having a bad day!β¦
