Hi, never give up and keep jogging. I just try to keep to my daily calories (1500) and exercise as often as I can. The fact that you have started your journey is awesome....keep going...you got this!!! xx

I survived lol. Thanks soo much for all the great advice it really helped me get through it. Got there early and spoke to instructor (he was fab). He sorted out bike seat, moves etc. I borrowed a pair of padded shorts and just pedalled my heart out. LOVED it... Bring on next week for class 2..... xxx

OMG.....thanks sooo much for all the amazing comments and messages :love: I'm 5ft 6" and I eat approx. 1500 cals a day. I go to the gym 3 times a week and walk on non gym days but I don't eat my burned cals back. I have also started the 30 Day Shred (last Thursday) and will do that on non gym days too. I am still 223lbs so…
