thanks for all the advice! I'm on day 3, I'm trying to make each day of RI30 a priority. I haven't had any problems with my knees so far, but I don't try to keep up with jillian on some of the different exercises to avoid injury.

I'm not using the meal plan, I might use a few of the recipes though. I love popchips, so I was happy to see that on the meal plan!

I love ripped in 30! I love that it involves more weight training than 30DS. It's been hard for me to find an exercise video that I like! I love that it's only 20mins, I'm not in the best of shape, so a longer workout would be brutal!

Hi la_nanita! I'm the same way! Last time I tried RI30 I stopped after day 5. I'm determined to finish it this time, it's one of my summer goals. I want to be in shape before I move out of state and RI30 is a great program for me to reach my fitness goals! You can complete RI30! Just believe that you will and always plan…
