Greek yogurt and fruit with a sprinkling of granola. Hard boiled eggs, sliced tomatoes, cheese and crackers or your favorite toppings. Salads of all descriptions, just to name a few.

Love it. Congrats. You go wid ya bad self. I've turned my strength training and cardio into a circuit training that I do once a week. Did it yesterday and I'm nicely sore today.

Some guy showing off in front of his mates asks me "when is the baby due?" My reply was "I can lose weight anytime but you can't lose Ugly." I'm naturally sarcastic and I will say something in return.

Nope no guilty. It's not like I'm on a diet or anything, just a lot more sensible about portion control.

Pickled beets are awesome in salads and in burgers. An absolute must have. Don't like them plain and haven't tried them roasted. Will have to do that next time we have fresh beets.

When I used to go to the gym I would put conditioner in my hair and sit in the sauna for up to 30 mins at least once a week. My hair and skin were great back then. Before kids Lol.

Thanks for the awesome post. I completely agree. I'm looking forward to my first southern Thanksgiving. I want to try everything. Well almost everything, I'm not fond of celery. Depends entirely on how you set up your profile. If it's sedentary the by all means log it. If a major restock only takes place once or twice a month then log it. If it is anyway out of the ordinary then log it.

I'm a pear except that I have very wide shoulders that puts me up a size or two. Hubby tells me I have a Lush figure, curves in all the right places. :flowerforyou:
