So far I've been getting 4000-10000 steps a day. I usually do fitness classes twice a week but the location got flooded a couple weeks ago.I guess that may be making me feel a lot lazier... I've been keeping up with cardio and strength training almost daily though. In the past couple months I've lost about 14lbs and want…

Are the cycle pedals worth it? I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on them. Hoping to get a treadmill once we finish moving so I'll keep that in mind for DIY desks. Thanks!

Looking for friends here and on fitbit!

I like to set the reminder notifications to let me know I haven't entered my meals/exercise in yet. Everyone is different so find a routine that works for you. Personally, I'm competitive so finding others to keep me accountable and joining fitness classes helps keep goals in line. Good luck on your journey!

There's a lot of responses here but just want to say as having to wear multiple before as well the Nordstrom Panache sports bra is fantastic! It's more supportive than regular bras, the straps can be clipped together, and is actually comfortable!

Hi everyone! I'm Aly, a small goal I have is to lose about 5 pounds by the end of the month. I live in the South Hills area and it would be awesome to do a kayaking activity with some fellow Pittsburgh MFPers!

May goals: Lose 5 more lbs. Do the shrinkingjeans.net monthly challenge. Finish Insanity. Start C25K. Good luck everyone!

I've seen pictures of people using their old clothes to make cute purses or shirt quilts. There are tutorials all over the web and it could make for a nice, relaxing project.
