Last year I was wearing size 16 jeans from New York & Co along with XL/1Xs at Torrid. Recently bought NY&Co. jeans that are size 4. Size 6 some other places and Mediums/Smalls.

I work from home full-time and also find it extremely hard to get 10k steps. I usually go to gym classes for 2-3 hours a night and still trek around the house after to get a few thousand steps. I got a standing desk from Craigslist to help combat sitting all day and step while I work also Fitbit can remind you to step 250…

I'm 5' and have lost ~39 of a 50-pound goal. It's a struggle but so worth it! Feel free to add me :)

I hated feeling so lazy, depressed, and sluggish every day. I started over so many times but my whole world changed last year when I signed up for pole fitness classes and started being around people that kept me motivated and were fit.

Yessss! Confidence is the best thing we can gain. We can do this!! :D

Gorgeous!! You can do it :)

If you like visual goals try making an inspiration board. Write your goals out and put it somewhere you see daily - office, bedroom, kitchen etc. - it can help keep you motivated and remind you to take the time to exercise.

I've been using Spencos for 10+ years and they've been really supportive. A foot doctor recommended them in my teens because of flat feet. You can find them at FootLocker and on Amazon.

I like to have a single serving of yogurt when I need something sweet. There are so many flavors you can't get bored.

Other poster advice to find a hobby is good or when you start feeling snacky go for a walk. It will take your mind off of food. Adding yoga into your routine is another good, productive way to spend your time - meditate and be calm. Otherwise, when you reach for a snack drink a glass of water instead and wait 20 minutes…

I want to be able to wear a top like the model in the picture and bikinis without feeling insecure. I'm a lot more confident with my body now and believe I'll get there soon.

Feel free to add me. I've been using MFP for a few years and I'd love to help if you have any questions.

I log food regularly and my diary is open. Use Fitbit to track exercise but may switch to tracking manually in the near future. Feel free to add me and good luck.

You look awesome!!

One thing that really helps me stay motivated is keeping a fitness motivation and quotes board on Pinterest. When I need a little pep I can turn to it and to stay consistent I look at new quotes daily.

Small victory with a big impact: overcoming social anxiety enough to take fitness classes. I ended up finding a bunch of really awesome girls and have lost 25 pounds since May. I started taking one class a week and now sometimes take 3 a day.

It's usually a toss up between Becky G's "Break a Sweat" and Britney Spears "Work B*". Both have helped pushed me past my limits numerous times.

Just remember what you're doing is for you, not for them. Like above posters say, if they are important to you, tell it to them straight but otherwise keep up the good work and you'll make your goals happen!

24 and wouldn't mind some more friends :)
