I average 64-96 oz a day, and spent much oh it in the bathroom. Our bodies are pretty smart, if we listen, it can tell us when we are doing something wrong. It depends on your body and your lifestyle would be my guess.

Starting January 2, took me 3 months, although the first was more trial and error. First dropped the soda (sugar junkie) now mostly water, but once moved to cardio and strength, it seemed a more consistently drop of about 2lbs a week.

I totally agree. I do think the treadmill is closer based on what I have seen in the last few months. Again, I'll use it as a guide, but my mirror and scale will be the real judge. And if it keeps me motivated, I'll use it.

Hmm... Watching calories of course. Making better choices for food (won't say always good ones :). Dropping the Coke (that's soda you crazy guys) ... Gee, if you are referring to MFP, I beg to differ. It's help me lose almost 30 lbs in 3months. It does work for some. Maybe u didn't give it a good shot yet. Just a thought.

I've been floating around 1200 since I stared in Jan. Lost 25 lbs, and feeling great.
