I work the same schedule and try to get in an hour of working out before I go to bed. I do 30 minutes on my Gazelle and then some Kettlebell work along with sit-ups etc on the exercise ball. Getting old beats the alternative! I will be 50 in January and some days I feel like I'm 20, some days I feel like I'm 80...usually after a day of acting like I'm 20. LOL Age is just a number, live life as if each day is your last...some day it will be! :flowerforyou:
