My Personal Trainer used a guage thingy to pinch in strategic places on my hip, arm and back. Not sure how you could measure it without one of the guage thingys....

That happened to me, and i plateaud for 10 weeks! I recently started eating more calories and lost 13lb in 2 weeks. Try to eat more regularly it really works. Even if its a handful of nuts, some oatcakes and cottage cheese or a piece of fruit, it keeps the metabolism going.
